They went on to lose 20kg+ in less than six months, so not being a believer at first isn’t a barrier for change. The skill and approach of the hypnotherapist also play a crucial role. It’s essential to find a therapist that the individual resonates with and trusts for the best outcomes.

Although the majority of issues can be treated with hypnosis, not every issue is best addressed through hypnosis. For instance psychosis, hallucinations and delusions aren’t treatable with hypnosis.
