How Do You Know if You Can Be Hypnotized?

Most people can be hypnotized. It’s less about being “gullible” and more about being open and willing to enter a relaxed state of focused attention.

For Bi-Polar while studies have found that hypnosis can reduce symptoms of bipolar disorder and help people better manage their symptoms – this should be in consultation with their Doctor, and the patient would still be required to take their medications as prescribed by the doctor. It can’t make someone act against their will or core values. It’s a tool for positive change, not mind control.
