Caroline believes health starts with our thoughts and beliefs and filters down through to our physical experience. She has spent her life on a quest to find out what makes people tick. Why we do the things we do. What motivates us? Why some people become stronger from traumatic experiences and others let it become their downfall? Why some people die from relatively minor illnesses while others get to deaths door and come back stronger than ever? Your health can be a bit of a puzzle, sometimes all it takes is finding that missing piece.
Born in California, Caroline grew up in San Francisco with a passion for health; mental and physical. Studying Psychology and nutrition at University, she became disillusioned with the results of traditional therapy. After a visit to a hypnotherapist, Caroline realized that hypnosis combined with therapy could access deep issues and clear them in just a few sessions.
Caroline’s qualifications include a Diploma in Hypnotherapy, a Diploma in Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy, Certificates in Counselling in addition to further specialized training in the USA in Medical Hypnosis with Dr John Butler, NLP, Life Coaching and Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy with Steve G. Jones, Parts Therapy with Roy Hunter, Transforming Therapy with Gil Boyne and Advanced Hypnotherapeutic Techniques with Andrew Newton.
She has done advanced training in addictions as well as being the author of the best selling book The Smoking Cure: How to Quit Smoking Without Feeling Like Sh*t, she has Diplomas in Advanced Clinical Weight Loss and Nutritional Therapy, is a Holistic Life Coach, Food Psychology Coach and has also trained with Dr. Eric Pearl and is a Reconnective Healing Practitioner.
She has studied psychology, nutrition, fitness, kinesiology, spirituality, energy medicine and consciousness extensively and makes a point of continually developing her skills and knowledge in order to ensure that her clients benefit from the most effective and rapid resolution of their issues possible. Within each of us lies the wisdom to create a happy, healthy life.
However, we are often held back by attitudes and beliefs that lessen our self esteem, block our creativity, and limit our resourcefulness. Thankfully, we never lose the ability to heal ourselves no matter how hopeless we may feel.
